Client Account Manager in Northeast Ohio
About Us:
Refresh is a rapidly growing company specializing in multifamily apartment turnover services. We're looking for a dynamic and driven Account Manager to join our team in Northeast Ohio (Cleveland to Canton areas) and be the face of Refresh for our valued clients.
Role Overview:
As an Account Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for property managers and clients, ensuring a seamless and exceptional service experience. Your responsibilities will include managing client relationships, coordinating services, gathering feedback, and identifying opportunities for growth. You will act as the bridge between our clients and the operations team, ensuring that every client's needs are met promptly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with property managers and clients.
- Oversee client onboarding, service coordination, and ongoing support.
- Gather client feedback and collaborate with the operations team to enhance service delivery.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
- Monitor and report on account performance and client metrics.
- Plan & attend industry events and sponsorship opportunities, like trade shows.
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience in account management, sales, or customer success, preferably in the property management or service industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
Proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
Problem-solver with a customer-first mindset.
Comfortable using CRM tools and other technology to manage client interactions.
Self-motivated, able to work independently, and a team player.
Enthusiastic about helping Refresh grow and thrive in the local market.
Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving history.
Compensation and Benefits:
Competitive base salary ranging from $50,000 to $75,000 annually, depending on experience.
Performance-based commissions, potentially adding 10–30% to total earnings.
